I look forward to sharing this space with you. I will be interested to hear any and all information and opinions. As your host I would like you to feel comfortable as we wrestle with all the difficulties we face in these interesting but strenuous times. Our Job is to Clean our Hearts of any negative emotions, judgements, fear and anxiety. My experience tells me that all things in terms of mental and emotional healing are possible. I have been using Autosomatic Training successfully for over 30 years. I am happy to share my experience, strength and hope with you.
