The Autosomatic Training Experience

This is a sxcript forT This is the outline for a 'script' that is useful when coaching or prompting yourself or others in the  processing of painful memories and images (including the dark/light/ coloured place when there is no explicit image).

1) THINK ABOUT / TALK ABOUT...TOPIC, PERSON, SITUATION, PROBLEM, ETC.

     How do you feel about...?

     Where do you feel it in your body?

2) FOCUS ON THE FEELING

    Close your eyes, sit still and FOCUS ON THE FEELING

     Where do you feel it?

     What size is it?

     How many inches high? wide? deep?

     If felt all over...check: 'is it felt in your left big toe? If not, where is it?'

     Note: Sometimes the feeling is wider than the physical body.

3) FIND THE IMAGE

     While concentrating on the feeling:

     What or who do you see in front of you?

     Who does it remind you of?

     When have you felt it before?

     How old do you feel?

4) RELIVE AND RESOLVE

     Image is present:

     Talk to or interact with whoever or whatever you see in front of you.

     Say what you want, do what you want.

      Have it turn out the way you want.

     Change what you want to change.

     Be as big or as strong as you need to be able to do what you want.

     Don't just think or talk about it, do it.

     Tell the whole truth - the good and the bad. 

     Let your feelings tell you what you want to do or say or have happen.

     Leave nothing out.

     Let your body tell what you need to do, say or change.

     Say what you need or want to say, whatever it is.

     Do what you want to do, whatever it is.

     Say something. Do something. Change something.

     Continue to complete resolution.

5) WHEN THE IMAGE IS GONE:

     Check back to the original feeling or any other uncomfortable feeling present and focus on it.

     Repeat the process from step 2) on to the next image and its resolution or disappearance.

     When there is no uncomfortable feeling, ask: Is there a good feeeling?

     100% good feeling is the end point.

     Sometimes the response is 'O.K.', or 'alright' or 'pretty good', 'empty' etc.

     The process is not complete.

     Process the 'alright', etc. feelings to 100% resolution.

     Resolve it completely

6) WHEN THERE IS GOOD FEELING ONLY - 100%

     With eyes open, talk or think again about the topic in step 1).

     If there is still some discomfort, repeat the steps from 1 to 5.

     You may also go back to each individual memory to check that:

                   i) The original image is no longer seen. The 'revised' one is seen.

                   ii) The thoughts associated with the original image are different.

                   iii) There is 100% good feeling only.

     If these three conditions are not met, the processing is not complete.

     Re-process the images to completion.

7) THERE IS GOOD FEELING ONLY

     You will see:  Black: you are experiencing cosmic comfort

                           Coloured: you are seeing the kingdom of heaven

                           A beautiful earthly scene: you have inherited the earth

                           White light - you are 'seeing' God

     At various times you may see any of these endpoints in your processing.
